I am 35 yr old married male looking to learn any form of yoga. I am not financially able to pay for any professional instruction at this time. I have tried a video in the past but it was just to difficult to try and see the screen while also attempting to get the poses correct. I am available every weekday from 1pm til 5pm. I would very much appreciate and respect any offers to teach me.
